1. What is the Solstice Festival?
Solstice Festival celebrates the best of Northants, with a family day festival that shines a light on the talented performers, artists, makers, traders, retailers, charities and activity leaders from across the county.
The festival will include a full day of live entertainment from Northamptonshire’s best performers, local food and drink traders, activities from pilates to circus skills, local retailers from craft to face painting, kids inflatables and a stonehenge fire ceremony.
Our aim is to create a day for families to come together and celebrate the summer solstice by shining a light on what makes Northants great.
2. When and where is the festival?
The festival takes place on 21st June at Duston Mill, Upton Way, Northants. NN5 5FP. The event runs from 12pm – 11pm. Be sure to check our official website or social media for updates.

Yes, there will be on-site parking available at £2 for the day. We encourage cycling, walking and using public transportation to reduce environmental impact.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but we have a variety of food vendors offering diverse options, including vegan and gluten-free choices.
8. Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, we strive to make Solstice Festival accessible for everyone. Please note, this is a natural setting and outdoor venue. Some areas do not have hardstanding and may become challenging in poor weather. There will be designated ADA parking and accessible toilets.
